Quality Renovations & Restorations not only performed the work specified but went out of their way to accommodate changes. The skill level of the construction team is high.

I contracted Quality Renovations to help me get caught up on a number of projects including window and patio door replacement, exterior trim and window sills and exterior paint. The quality of the work was excellent and all of the projects were completed on time. I was especially impressed with my project manager Steve who answered all of my questions and quickly addressed any concerns I had. I would recommend Quality Renovations without hesitation.

One of my friends had Pat do a variety of things for her. We called him and he came out and reviewed the project. The bid was within our budget . Pat is a very personable young man who does what he says he will. From that standpoint I was really glad we came went him. Sometimes working with contractors can be a nightmare.

It was a pleasure having Pat and his staff/contractors in our home. They were very conscientious of our “having to live” in our home as they were working here. Quality Renovations painted my large front room, stairwell, kitchen, and small balcony. They were professional yet friendly and nice to have around as they took care to do an excellent job of prepping the areas to be painted. They were patient with my one momentary indecision on paint color, and Pat came by personally when I had questions regarding the crown molding.
